CANADIAN LAWS CONTRIBUTE TO CRIME COSTING SENIORS TO LOSE THEIR HOMES!

Jan 21, 2017: CANADIAN LAWS CONTRIBUTE TO CRIME COSTING SENIORS TO LOSE THEIR HOMES!   ALL CANADIANS ARE IN JEOPARDY OF LOSING HOMES & PROPERTIES AS ANYONE CAN FILE THEIR NAME ON REAL-PROPERTY IN SECRET!!  Why does the Canadian government allow provinces to make laws that contribute to crime?  Did you know that you could be married 62 years & after one spouse dies discover they have severed joint tenancy IN SECRET, and you do not own your matrimonial home?  And you have to pay $50,000.00 cash up front to a lawyer & spend years in court & you still will lose your home!!  Property theft in Canada is not a criminal act so any thief is free to steal your home & properties and you have to go to "CIVIL" court & if you don't go bankrupt in the process as my mother (97) did you still will not get your properties back.  Did you know that you could own a business in joint tenancy and your partner can severe without your knowledge in secret & sell it to someone else without your knowledge IN SECRET!!  Did you know that some person can get a lawyer to put their name on your property without your knowledge IN SECRET & YOU MAY SPEND 15 YEARS TRYING TO GET IT BACK... and still lose it!  True stories are not being told my media.  My mother 97 lost her home, properties & its' income.. I fought for 15 years to save her & failed because our laws contributed to the crime of property theft!!  A veteran of 3 wars at the age of 93 lost his home to a nephew who filed in secret, due to the vet's ill health all I could do was get him into a nursing home with the help of our local Veteran's Association but the veteran still lost his home!!  A man dated a woman after his wife died, she never lived with him but when he died his son who was to inherit the home discovered the girl friend had put her name on the house.  A lawyer demanded $50,000.00 up front to try & get the house back with no guarantee he'd win.  He had a wife & 3 small children, worked in the mines and did not have $50,000.00 so he back off and lost the house to this female thief!  There are thousands who are silent, believing this is only happening to them or they are now too old or too sick to fight such as my mother & the veteran.  WHY DOES OUR CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ALLOW LAWS THAT VIOLATE ALL CIVIL RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP OF REAL-PROPERTY AND CONTRIBUTE TO CRIME?

1994:  NEW SOUTH WALES BANNED ALL SECRET FILING ON ALL REAL-PROPERTY!!  AND THEY BANNED ANY SEVERANCE OF JOINT TENANCY WITHOUT THE FULL CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES!  THAT IS THE KIND OF DEMOCRACY THAT CANADIANS DESERVE.

Every home & property owner must contact our Prime Minister & demand that laws that contribute to crime & secret filing & secret severance on all real-properties must be banned just as New South Wales did 1994.

This is not just one person's problem.  This is a violation of civil rights of every Canadian!
